"Kendall Carpenter of KJC General Contracting has provided general contracting services for my property located in San Clemente. The services were for new custom home construction and included: initial budgeting for the new home construction; interaction with the bank and handling of fund disbursement to subs; preparation of bid documents; bidding and final selection of qualified subcontractors; architectural refinements; subcontractor scheduling and supervision; field construction supervision; framing with custom details; electrical; and other miscellaneous duties.
Kendall's unique experience and abilities in a variety of construction trades contributed to the success of the construction project. Because he personally provided the framing, electrical services, finish carpentry, as well as hands-on work for a variety of jobs at the site, there were cost savings and better overall service and coordination than possibly could be provided by other "non-field working" contractors.
